We are living in times of tremendous change and upheaval throughout the world. The ancient practices of the Shamans and Native Americans can guide and assist us in improving and restoring health, heal trauma, change limited beliefs, and bring us into balance and harmony, both in body and mind. It gives us powerful tools to manifest and create whatever is needed in our lives so we may flourish in every aspect of our lives. These techniques are very relaxing and an enlightening experience for the recipient.

Sacred space is always opened at the beginning of the session and includes discussing the client's needs and questions. The client then reclines on a comfortably heated massage table. A treatment includes restoring and increasing the vital force which is necessary for the body to heal and clearing and balancing the affected chakras.

Change can be immediate or occur afterwards as healing may be noticed several days after a session. The body has amazing restorative ability and continually endeavors to seek good health, balance and well-being.

CranioSacral Therapy

CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of the physiological body system. Using a soft touch assists in releasing restrictions in the body to improve the functioning of the central nervous system. CranioSacral Therapy is increasingly used as a preventive health measure for its ability to bolster resistance to disease, and is effective for a wide range of medical problems associated with pain, headache, stress and disease. Loose, comfortable clothing should be worn for this session.

Reiki

This non-invasive, gentle healing technique is becoming more and more popular. A treatment feels like a wonderful comforting glow that flows through and around you. A session is pleasant and relaxing and is most often used for your own personal wellness. Loose, comfortable clothing should be worn during a Reiki session.

60 Minute Reiki session - $105

Massage Therapy

This deeply revitalizing treatment utilizes a firm yet soothing touch to relieve the stress of everyday life while increasing circulation leaving you restored and relaxed. Each massage is tailored to the specific needs of the individual. Advanced and detailed massage techniques effectively treat acute and chronic pain from muscle fatigue or injury.

Full massage sessions can be scheduled for 60 minutes only. Our 90-minute treatment is below:

90 minute Bliss Treatment consists of 60-75 minutes of therapeutic massage combined with 15-30 minutes of relaxation techniques consisting of Reiki, CranioSacral Therapy or, if needed, Lymphatic Drainage to clear out the toxins from your body. This treatment leaves your body feeling physically cleared, refreshed and blissfully relaxed.

Hypnosis

The art of hypnotherapy can assist clients in discovering their own self-healing abilities, enabling them to live happier, more fulfilling lives. This can be accomplished healthfully by gently accessing the subconscious mind to reprogram self-defeating thoughts.

Before hypnosis, we will discuss the reasons you are here and what you wish to accomplish. While you are in hypnosis, I will give you instructions to relax each part of your body. Then you will be gently taken into deeper relaxation.

Your goals that we discussed during our consultation will be introduced to your subconscious to be accepted as the new programming. This will bring about positive changes in your life to enable you to live in balance and harmony.

In summary, hypnosis reaches your subconscious mind enabling you to change your perception to release limiting beliefs from the past and gain more control over your life.
